1. GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GeekyTec website and the purchase of products from us. GeekyTec is a South African online retailer of computer components, gaming peripherals, and related products.
- By using this website you confirm you are 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order on GeekyTec constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including:
- Product is out of stock or no longer available
- Errors in pricing or product description
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Failure of payment authorisation
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in ZAR and include VAT at 15%. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We accept major credit/debit cards and EFT. No card data is stored on our servers.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely free of errors. Product images are for illustration purposes and minor variations may exist.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of GeekyTec or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GeekyTec will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by South African law. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
